Yes, we do. We would recommend you to bring a sample of your tools or provide us a details dimensions and drawing to ensure a correct recommendation.

Yes, 12 months starting from the date the machine is commissioned on the Buyer’s premises or no longer than fifteen (15) months from the date that the machine was delivered. If the machine works for more than forty (40) hours a week, there will be proportional reductions in the warranty period. The warranty for pieces replaced or repaired ends the same day the machine warranty ends.

We can provide supervision to dismantle and packing for shifting at a cost.

We may consider it in the future but we do not provide such services at the moment.

Yes, we do. Please note that depending on the validity of the warranty, charges for transport and servicing may be incurred. Please contact our technical personnel to arrange for an appointment during regular office hours. We seek your understanding that we only provide repair services for machines purchased from Aluminum Machines Equipment Pte Ltd or Aluminum Machines Equipment–Pressta Pte Ltd.
